LE ROOF is a multi-activity real estate complex housed in an exceptional 175-metre long building covering 10,000 m2.
It contains 103 "design and contemporary" suites that carry the prestigious Quality Suites® brand name of the Choice Hotels Group, Europe. A Spa, a restaurant serving regional specialities and a bar complete this unique range of facilities on offer in the Arcachon Basin.
Located at the entrance to the Bassin d'Arcachon, this "ship" and its glass bow also house shops, a medical centre, offices and seminar rooms.
Leisure and relaxation complex
Quality Spa is devoted to well-being, relaxation and water and offers a décor that has never been seen before in the spa world. Quality Spa also offers a unique sensorial experience: bathing at the foot of icebergs in hot water! The size of this spa is some 1,000 m2, making it one of the largest in the region.The spa includes:
- A pool with hydro-massaging jets and jacuzzi.
- Aqua-stretching classes for a gentle break or to relax after a day out on the golf course.
- A 160 m2 traditional hammam with three rooms: the first very hot, the second warm and the third one dedicated to exfoliation.
- 8 beauty-care rooms, two of which are double-rooms for beauty-care protocols for 2. Some beauty care may be carried out in the hotel room (on reservation).
- A top-of-the-range cardio-training room, equipped with Technogym equipment.
Just next to the spa, hotel residents and non-residents alike have several areas in which they can work out to stay fit… and beautiful.
Business Complex
With a seating capacity of 300 people, the rooms in this complex can be used to hold all types of events:

- study days
- conferences
- receptions (cocktails, weddings and other family celebrations)
Located on the second floor of LE ROOF in a modern and spacious setting, these rooms cover an area of 450 m2 which is totally modular. The floor can be divided into 5 smaller areas thanks to movable partitions.
They enable a panoramic view of all of the surrounding countryside and can easily welcome groups, with the rooms being directly accessible from the hotel building.
